I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Lake Pointe while I was in Charlotte. The hotel was super convenient to the airport with a quick shuttle service that helped me make my early morning flight without any hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it could have been cooler as I found it a bit warm for my liking. The dining options were solid, with a delicious breakfast that started my day off right. Overall, a comfortable and efficient place for a stay before a flight!
This hotel left a lot to be desired. While the staff was somewhat professional, the room we received was damp and poorly maintained, impacting our overall experience. The breakfast options were very disappointing, and there were issues with parking that added frustration to our trip. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, being there for 12 days on business. The staff was genuinely helpful, and the breakfasts were a pleasant surprise with their variety and freshness.
